Vanilla pancakes with red current and banana topping

This is an easy and quickly prepared breakfast dish, not too sweet but refreshing for the hot summer day to come. Prepare your usual pancake dough (mix 1 egg with 4 tablespoons of milk, add flour as required), pour into a pan into which you have poured a few drops of olive oil (!!). After 10-15 seconds, add a few red currents (picked freshly if you have them in the garden...), and a few thin slices. When it is time to turn the pancake to fry on the other side, be careful that the fruit has amalgamated well with the dough. Finally, sprinkle with vanilla sugar mixed with a tablespoon of confectionist's sugar.
Or sprinkle with sugar to which you have added dried lilac or jasmine flowers. Enjoy with a nice cup of creamy cappuccino ...
You could add dried edible jasmine flowers as a topping
