In a light and cool winter garden and terrace spanning the whole roof, guest sid in a white-mauve and cool atmosphere, between terracotta pots of lavender and aromatic herbs, and rose oleander bushes out on the terrace. Delicious fruit and freshly pressed juice from Südtirol is available, as well as home-made pastries, biscuits and fruit tarts, and home-made jams, such as vanilla flavored berries jam, and apricot-pistacchios jam. In addition, local sausage Kaminwurzen, cheese plates from the Passiria Valley and bread varieties from Ultental just south of Merano accompany egg dishes like here: scrambled eggs, cheese from the Passeiertal, and cheese spreads enriched with aromatic garden herbs like chives.
