- Only use best quality open tea or tea bags.
- Boil fresh water.
- Warm your favorite teapot and teacup.
- Allow a rounded teaspoon of loose tea for each cup.
- Pour freshly boilt water over the tea, stir once and twice while it is brewing.
- Allow the tea to brew for the recommended number of minutes - NOT longer.
- Pour, add sugar, lemon and milk or cream if you wish, and enjoy.
