My favorite spring marmelades - for March

I just love citrus fruit jam for breakfast. For example, my favorite jam is produced in Sorrento in a citrus and olive grove, belonging to the Manniello Hotel Capodimonte. Their perfects orange and lemon jams are made from the trees growing lushly on the hotel grounds.

So now in spring, as the citrus fruits like oranges, clementines and also lemons are just ripe on the Costiera Amalfitana, this is the best season to make marmelade ... and to enjoy it with the freshest pastries selection for breakfast, enjoying peace and quiet in the salt-trenched but warm and moist spring air.

The terrace is inviting guests for breakfast.
Basically the ingredients you need for a simple but so tasty marmelade is citrus fruit, well washed and thinly cut, sugar and a bit of lemon juice, limoncello or aranciello.
